I get asked a lot about water. There are so many questions floating around about it! How much water should I drink every day? Should I change how much water I’m drinking when I’m cutting versus when I’m bulking? Should I drink more water to get dry or should I drink less? I’m bloated from drinking water; why is this? The information is so scattered! In this video, I walk you through my perspective on the topic. I believe that all fluids consumed during the day should be taken into account when calculating total “water” intake (aka fluid intake). I also believe that it is best to drink water by thirst rather than shooting for some daily amount, which is contrary to popular belief! In any case, I hope that this video is helpful for you guys!
